The Dallas Stars today announced that Sean Avery will not return to the NHL team.

What a douchebag. Can you imagine ruining your career over a stupid comment you made out of bitterness? The guy was mad that he wasn’t banging Elisha Cuthbert anymore, and he felt like the whole world needed to know what a shallow, jealous prick he is.  “I’m Sean Avery, people hate me because I’m a borderline racist and an asshole on the ice. I try to make up for it by… making people hate me even more? Embarrass my team during interviews?” Yeah that makes a lot of sense Sean. You’re a professional hockey player. Emphasis on the professional part. You aren’t 16 years old. Why are you acting like a child on TV? Have you no shame? This isn’t Days of our Lives. Why are you trying to bring this type of drama to a sport? You’re a hockey player. Fucking play hockey. You’re being paid millions of dollars to do so. Is this not good enough for you?

The thing was, he wasn’t even approached by interviewers, let alone was asked about the whole dating situation (mostly because nobody gives a shit about who hockey players are dating). He called the cameras over and was like “hey everyone listen up, I have something retarded to say.” Now, not even his own team wants him. If it wasn’t for his average hockey skills, this asshole would have been canned a long time ago. I don’t understand why the Dallas Stars signed him for 4 years to begin with, seeing as how he was such a nuisance and a topic of negative media attention with his previous teams.
