My pick for song of the week is : Breakin’ Up by Rilo Kiley.
Alright, so this will be the first of a regular installment of… MUSIC MONDAY.
I promised (mostly to myself) that I would try to update my blog more regularly in an effort to get into a good habit of doing things more regularly. Did that make any sense?
SO. On Mondays, I’ll post a song or an artist or an album that I’m into at the moment, much like I have been doing before. I’ll also add some perspective and details as to why I like that particular song or band.
Like I already said, the song of the week is : Breakin’ Up by Rilo Kiley.
It’s a very catchy song form their 2008 album Under The Backlight. There was a video made for it that is absolutely hilarious. I’m not sure if it was the official music video, but it’s good nonetheless. My friends and I spent a good hour learning the dance because we’re cool like that. It’s actually awesome. Check it out!
